Presentation Title:

Clean Buildings Accelerator: PSE's Response to HB1257

PSE actively participated during the rulemaking process for the Clean Buildings Law (CBL), and quickly recognized the impacts it would have on thousands of our customers. The CBL can't be learned in an hour, or in a day, so PSE sought to develop a program to help customers understand the law and how energy management practices can help them comply. PSE partnered with Stillwater Energy to deliver the Clean Buildings Accelerator program which aligns SEM principles with the requirements of the law, while helping develop an energy project pipeline that will help the utility meet their energy savings targets.
