Reasons to Love Zero: Building the Future with Energy Trust of Oregon’s Path to Net Zero
Abstract
Net-zero buildings are the product of thinking about energy in a whole new way to design for a building’s highest potential. Energy Trust of Oregon supports building owners and their project teams with cash incentives and technical assistance to advance a Net Zero future. This program path and structured approach to help buildings achieve the highest level of savings possible advances the Architecture 2030 Challenge. It’s time to think, design and build net zero.
This session will explore:

· Metrics of successful building types and progress over the last seven years of the program,
· Case studies of recent Path to Net Zero projects, including design strategies and incentive amounts.
