James is the Chief Operating and Chief Investment Officer of Home Run Financing where he is responsible for the company's underwriting, loan servicing, financing and investment efforts. Home Run Financing is a PACE program administrator in California, Florida and Missouri and has completed four securitizations of PACE assets, most recently in 2020. Prior to joining Home Run, James established the SprucePACE program for Spruce Finance in San Francisco. Prior to Spruce, we worked in New York for Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. James is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
