Bellevue Clean Buildings Incentive Program
Abstract
Learn about how the City of Bellevue is supporting buildings in complying with the WA State Clean Buildings Standard to
support the achievement of the City's greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals and to foster a high-performing building stock in Bellevue. The program is helping building owners and property managers benchmark their buildings, improve energy efficiency, and apply for utility and state incentive funds.
Bio
Jennifer manages the City of Bellevue’s climate and sustainability efforts focused on reducing community wide greenhouse gas emissions. She manages a portfolio of projects and programs aimed at improving the environmental sustainability of Bellevue, through policy development, and program management, and outreach and education. Jennifer manages Bellevue’s Clean Buildings Incentive Program in partnership with MacDonald-Miller, along with programs focused on residential energy efficiency and renewable energy. Jennifer has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and a M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
