Presentation Title:
ELECTRIFICATION: DOAS & VRF King County International Airport Terminal
Abstract
This presentation reviews the upgrade of an old 25,000 square foot airport terminal to a new, all-electric HVAC system. The existing built-up air handlers were replaced with DOAS equipment for ventilation and utilized a VRF system for the heating and cooling requirement. Natural gas use was eliminated. The electric use reduction qualified for a Seattle City Light conservation incentive.
