Clean Buildings Performance Standard Helpdesk
The Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS) will affect many buildings across the state of Washington in the coming years. The Smart Buildings Center, supported by participating utilities, is offering a CBPS Helpdesk which provides resources and guidance to customers, building owners, and contractors to navigate compliance questions and concerns.
As Senior Project Manager at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC), Rebecca leads the Clean Buildings Performance Standard Helpdesk, supports the organization’s footprint with Grid-interactive Efficient Building operations and acts as a strategic lead and technical advisor on smart buildings technologies, overall building electrification and policies that support the role of higher performing buildings in the clean energy economy. Rebecca previously worked as a Resource Conservation Manager and has experience in the energy management of buildings, data analysis, building controls, energy efficiency projects, project management and facility operations. Her educational background includes a BOC II certification, a Business Management degree, an MBA degree, and a Construction Management certificate from the University of Washington.
