After the cut-off date, the fees will be applied to your AEE account as a credit, to be used towards future events, training, and\/or renewals of membership or certification. This credit must be used within 12 months.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDisclaimer<br \/>\n<\/strong>Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) reserves the right to make program and schedule changes, additions, or cancellations as it deems necessary.\n<strong>Photography\/Videography Release<br \/>\n<\/strong>As a condition of your appearance or attendance at an AEE Conference, Expo or any related event, you expressly grant AEE permission to capture images of you and to use those images for the purposes of recording and reporting on this event and for use in promoting events and that such uses shall not impose any liability on AEE or entitle you to any compensation for the use of your likeness.\n<strong>Use of Personal Information<br \/>\n<\/strong>AEE will contact you to send you information relating to its events.
