Chilled Water Systems can use between 6% of your total energy bill, or as much as 25% The good news is that poor efficiency can be fixed in a cost effective manner. At the same time, your space conditions should improve. This is an excellent chance to get it all done and have it pay back in less than a couple of years. We look at the process, typical calculations, implementation, commissioning, and M&V.

Duane Warren has over 40 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering, construction, and troubleshooting. He currently supports several field engineers, performs commissioning and implementation projects, and develops new procedures for JLL.
