Craig Smith is Chief Customer Officer for Seattle City Light, responsible for customer and grid strategy, customer operations, demand side management, electrification, and strategic technologies.
Prior to joining Seattle City Light in 2014, Craig served as Chief Executive Officer of Richard Heath and Associates (RHA) where he oversaw a $200 million portfolio of energy efficiency, healthcare, and telecommunications programs and outreach campaigns targeting underserved communities.
