Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for paid conference registrations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 14 days prior to Show Opening. Refunds are processed minus the $45.00 administrative fee. After the cut-off date, the fees will be applied to your AEE account as a credit, to be used towards future events, training, and/or renewals of membership or certification. This credit must be used within 12 months.

Photography/Videography Release
As a condition of your appearance or attendance at an AEE Conference, Expo or any related event, you expressly grant AEE permission to capture images of you and to use those images for the purposes of recording and reporting on this event and for use in promoting events and that such uses shall not impose any liability on AEE or entitle you to any compensation for the use of your likeness.
Use of Personal Information
AEE will contact you to send you information relating to its events. By registering for this event, you authorize AEE to subscribe you to its newsletters or contact you for marketing purposes via email, social media, digital ads, posts, and telephone. AEE does not sell or provide attendee contact information, unless attendee has expressly opted in to share such information.
