Step 3: Staffing / Register Booth Staff and Book Hotels

Step 5: Submit Ads
Mobile App Ad (comes with sponsorships and can be purchased separately)

- FORMAT: High-resolution PDF (press quality) with all fonts embedded or high resolution (300dpi at final ad size) jpg, png or eps files are preferred.
- SUBMIT TO: Via email to Lauren Lake ([email protected]) or send a files via dropbox.
Step 6: Social Media
Generate social media content to reach and engage your audience. Reach out to Laurie Beth Nix, AEE's Marketing Manager for tips on how to create and manage social media content.

- Place the booth number.
- Place your logo.
- In the right-hand corner, click Share.
- Under Share, click download.
- Once downloaded, you can use it for social media. Feel free to write your own detailed caption or use one of the caption provided
