How do I submit an abstract to speak on the conference program?
Programs are typically finalized 4 months prior to the event. But reach out to Cameron@aeecenter.org for more information.
When is exhibitor move-in?
Always 8am to 5pm the day prior to opening. If you need more set-up time, please contact Diane@aeecenter.org. She will make arrangements if feasible with our decorator, the facility and security.
When is exhibitor move-out?
Always 2pm - 7pm on the final day of the expo
How do I promote my participation and invite customers?
Social media images and text are posted in the Exhibitor Manual
Lauren Lake will also send you customized materials from our partner platform Feathr.

Onsite Details
Can I attend networking and educational events outside the expo hall?
Yes, we encourage you to attend the following events to maximize your connections. Refer to signage, the mobile app and/or the onsite guide for locations.
Innovative Tech Breakfast / Wednesday / 7:30am - 8:30am
A free hot breakfast featuring presentations from exhibitors and sponsors
Speaking slots are available on the first-come-first-served basis and typically fill 6 months from the event. Contact Diane@aeecenter.org for more details.
Opening Session Networking Coffee / Wednesday / 8:30 am
Opening Session / Wednesday / 9:00am - approx 10:30 am
Although this is part of the paid conference, we allow and encourage exhibitors to attend prior to the expo open. CEU's are only provided for registered conference attendees.
Networking Reception / Wednesday / 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Typically held offsite at a restaurant (in the expo hall at AEE World)
Events we encourage you to attend INSIDE the expo hall include
Attendee luncheons (please pre-purchase tickets for a minimal fee when you register your booth staff so we can plan guarantees)

How many conference registrations do I receive with my booth?
Each 10x10 space includes 1 (one) conference registration. Register free conference delegates here
How many booth staff can I register to work the booth?
Unlimited. Each attendee gains access during exhibitor set up hours. And events listed on this page. Please note, Lunches are not included. Register staff here.
