Armando Berdiel is Seattle City Light's Energy Program Delivery Manager. He helps promote and deliver the utility’s portfolio of demand-side management programs to its commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional customers. These programs deliver cost-effective energy conservation (kWh) to the utility (a least-cost resource) as part of its Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and in support of state-level I-937 compliance. Prior to this role, Armando curated and presented efficiency and electrification educational workshops as the Technical Development Supervisor for City Light's Lighting Design Lab. Armando’s background is in connected lighting working for and with industry manufacturers and other implementers. His educational Background is on Computer Science, Business, and also has an Engineering Management Master’s degree.
