Want to save energy? Just turn off all the indoor perimeter lights and shut off the AC units in your office. Keep the heating on (when needed) and the indoor interior zones lit, but that’s all. There you go, you just saved about 40% of your “energy” bill! Congrats!

Speaker Bio
20 years (1974-1994) in mechanical drafting, designing, HVAC installation, and mechanical project management, followed by 30 years (1994-2024) of Building Commissioning. Attained CCP (Certified Commissioning Professional) in 2015 and was awarded the prestigious Benner Award from the Building Commissioning Association in 2016. Has personally commissioned over 500 projects across the US. Proud to be one of the original 6 Founding Members of the BCA, is currently the head of the BCA's Education Committee and personally conducts a minimum of 6, week-long training sessions each year.
