Jonathan Verhoef: The California State Treasurer’s Office is offering enhanced private financing for clean energy installations throughout the state. Through this program commercial and multifamily customers can get fast, flexible financing with improved rates and terms to install clean energy retrofits including insulation, HVAC, LED lighting, solar PV, battery storage, and industrial and agricultural measures.

My name is Kerri Shine, and I am the Finance Manager for the West Coast. I have over 25 years in sales and developing relationships to help with both products and intangible services. With Graybar Financial Services I help facilitate financing transactions for Contractors and End Users to provide an option as a selling tool for the customer to finance their projects for either cash flow reasons or to help grow their business. In using our services our customers can work on multiple projects at a time. We work with multiple finance partners Graybar Electric has relationships with and our rates are very competitive, and the approval rate is about 75%. We were established in 1989 and we consider ourselves generalists.
