Abstract:

PSE has a great story to tell about the diverse and successful ways that our Small- to Medium-sized Business Team works to provide options for our SMB(+) customers to save energy. We’d like to share our experience with creating and crafting programs, consistently and continuously learning and molding them to make sure we have the right opportunities, tools, and resources in the right places to ensure customers can access what they need to – how they need to – when they need to. The work we’ve done in the field door-to-door, our local partnerships with contractors/dealers, our connections with various under-represented customer groups (through transcreation or trade association), and more show the diversity of PSE’s portfolio, and the need for that diversity, in order to help our business customers succeed. Program facets include (but are not limited to):
• Free energy assessments (door-to-door)
• Direct Install (door-to-door)
• Downstream (customers)
• Midstream (dealers/contractors)
• Upstream (manufacturers)
• National work (big picture)
• Marketing campaigns (email, social media, trade associations)
• Event representation & connection
• Transcreation
• Measure/rebate/program evolution
